My Question or Issue

Hello, I have emailed but received no response. I am trying to log into my Spotify account, but suddenly cannot. I sent a new email today to your support email address with subject: Deactivated account

 

When I try to log in with my email and password, I get "This email and password combination is incorrect". I am 100% sure I am entering the right email and password, because I am copying from my password manager. 

 

When I try to log in without a password, I get "no user found with this name" when it asked for my email/username. 

 

When I try to create a new Spotify account with that same email address, I get "This email is already connected to an account" and redirects me to log in, and then cycle restarts. 

 

I believe you have deactivated my account, could you please reactivate it? I am a legit user, and have been using Spotify daily until now.

When did you send an email to Support? Generally, it's best to reach out to them through an official channel like this one.
