May has come to an end, and what a month it has been! My fellow Stars have been hard at work helping people and being a fun presence in the Chat board, so this month I have the pleasure of dedicating this post to the people who dedicate their free time to helping out and chatting with you all!

“Jugni: The lyrics are incredible, it is in Punjabi. It’s about someone who is pure hearted, and devoted to God. Jugni refers to multiple things but here it refers to a female. I love the music and raw authenticity in this one. You can say it is a spiritual song and it makes me contemplate on life in general.”
“Milan abhi aadha adhura: It is about two people whose marriage is arranged. It’s just a feel good romantic song. The lyrics are super sweet and artistic. I like that it reminds me of festivals and marriages where everyone is together and celebrating. The entire album/movie has awesome songs.”

Now, I'd like to open the floor for @AdamDamon, who has shared three fantastic songs for those of us who love a good rhythm!
“One of the highlights of this month for me was discovering the song “Sunrise, Sunset” by Minami Deutsch, a krautrock band from Japan. I really like the trebly, reverb-laden guitar melodies that begin at roughly 2 minutes and 28 seconds in the track, giving the song a looser, “jammier” feel. At the same time, I also appreciate the steady repetition of motorik rhythms, which seem to draw me into a blissful trance of sorts when I listen to this track.”

“Another song I’ve been enjoying listening to quite often this month is “Hypnosis” by Domadora, a heavy psychedelic rock band from France. They released a new album earlier in the month; so I’m instead sharing this track here (probably my favorite of theirs, regardless of album). I love the beginning, when the guitars, bass, and drums fade in quickly, blaring loudly amidst sheets of guitar distortion, as if to announce what I’d consider to be a rather amazing 11 or 12 minutes of captivating heavy-psych riffing and evolving melodies.”

“The third and last song I'll share is “Waterfall City” by the psychedelic/space/progressive rock band Ozric Tentacles, and it's another track I’ve been listening to quite a bit lately. Strong basslines and drum rhythms maintain a nice groove throughout the song, but the most obvious instruments to focus on (at least for me) are the multitude of synths and their various electronic textures, as well as Ed Wynne’s electric guitar playing—both of which can sound quite wild, making this song a very exciting and compelling listen for me as well.”

“Nikki by Logic, I have been listening to this song because I like the beat of it and also goes through someone that uses Nikki (as a person's name) to compare it to his nicotine addiction.
