My Question or Issue

i have been trying to add my friends in my premium family but whenever they enter the address it says "this plan is not for you" . I tried connecting with Spotify support and they told my that my account is under automatic protect. i have no idea what that is and how long it is gonna stay

so if anyone knows how can i add my friends please help.
