Probleme Website Premium Duo Account umstellen auf Premium Family

Wenn ich mich auf der Website von Spotify anmelde, und dann auf "Abo ändern" klicke, gelange ich einfach nur wieder ins Hauptmenü. Ich kann kein kein anderes Abo auswählen. Weder auf der Website über Laptop, noch am Handy. Wenn ich auf "Abo kündigen" drücke, kann ich es kündigen. Ich will aber wechseln.

You can try upgrading to Premium Family directly at spotify.com/family.

 

If that doesn’t do the trick, let me know what kind of subscription you currently have (monthly, annual, prepaid, etc.), and I’ll gladly take a closer look. 🙂
