My Question or Issue

I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

Having the same problem here. Web version still works fine, however.

Solution is, uninstall version 9.0.50.426. download official previous version 9.0.48.380. all playlists are back. Enjoy

I'm also having this issue - Moto G Power 2022, most recent app update and Android update. I've tried reinstalling it at least half a dozen times, I found a different fix for a similar issue that suggested making sure your country was correct (mine is), I even cleared the cache as another reply on this thread suggested, and even after restarting my phone, it hasn't resolved. I'm having the same issue with Spotify Lite, which I downloaded hoping it would work better. It does not. As with others in this thread, the web player is fine. I haven't been on my desktop app since I started having this issue.

My Question or Issue

  • Suddenly all the playlist where empty and I can't search for artists in the search bar. I tried to clean reinstall several time (btw I can't access the Internal Data folder directly from the phone 'cause it says "due to restrictions on the Android operating system, the contents of the displayed folder cannot be displayed on Android devices and must be displayed on a computer").I can't listen to anything and I have this problem only on mobile phone(I also tried logging with a friend phone to be sure it wasn't something on my phone and was the same) on pc works fine. 

My spotify doesn't allow me to play any music and also my playlists from library has no songs inside of it anywhere. It all disappeared. How can i fix this? Have i been banned from Spotify?

My Question or Issue

My Spotify playlists are "empty" and my liked songs playlist is completely gone, I did a clean install, restarted my device, and checked for updates. I logged in on a different phone (also Android, and it didn't work, whereas a different account still works as normal, I also logged in on desktop, and everything works fine there. 

My Spotify is STILL persistent with all of these issues, I can't even play songs, my playlists are empty, and if they aren't, I would go to try play them, but it just doesn't work full stop. Did a clean reinstall, nope, checked regions, I'm in the same country, don't even have a VPN, what do I do? I really. Really need music in my life

That is an incorrect solution as it doesn't actually work please remove solved from this until Spotify has been fixed thank you 💜

so the thing is whatever i search would come up as empty playlists, i tried reinstalling, clean data, airplane mode, even login on a different mobile device but nothing worked, instead, the account on my other phone somehow has the same problem now, its like an infection, everything works normal on web and pc account, just the mobile device app

My Question or Issue

the spotify on my laptop is just fine, but the app on my phone is different. Both are linked to the same account but on my phone the songs on my playlist are gone. I noticed its disappearing gradually so i panicked and checked on my laptop but everything is still there.

I try fixing from my laptop by creating another playlist with the exact same songs the playlist showed up on the phone but not the songs.

I try searching songs on my phone but A LOT of them "couldn't find" even searching the artist directly it "couldn't find" taylor swift?? I tried uninstall and reinstalling the app and deleting the cache and data still nothing. What is happening here?

Only creating new account helped. Terrible solution. Everything even logging out from all session did not saved original account. 

The only solution for now is to search Google for "Spotify 90.48.380 original" and download that for now until they fix the issue. Can confirm all playlists are showing and that version is working as it should.
